Cancellation policies

We will refund you if you cancel your reservation up to 5 days before your trip;

To cancel: You must place a purchase order via email to aldeiacotijuba@gmail.com and we will cancel the order. A 2% fee will be charged on the amount paid to cover online transaction fees;

How do I change my booking?

Reservations can be changed up to 5 days before your trip; To receive instructions on how to change your reservation, send an email with the change request within the deadline to aldeiacotijuba@gmail.com! You will receive instructions on how to change your reservation.

How to book?

Reservations must be made through the website and 50% of the total cost of your stay must be paid for confirmation and without any intervention from our staff. You can choose to pay by card or PIX via QRCode online. You can check the availability of all accommodations on the website. In parallel, if you prefer, you can do it through platforms such as AirBnB, Booking; Remember that through our website it is up to 20% cheaper! :) The inn accepts payments in cash, pix or card;

Check-in and check-out times

Check-in is from 12pm and check-out is at 10am;

If you arrive early, we can store your things. You can also store your things with us and continue using the common areas of the guesthouse when you check out.

In case of non-compliance with the time; For every 1 hour beyond the departure time, a fine of half the daily rate will be charged to the accommodation account.

Coffee included and

Coffee can be included or not, you choose when making the reservation only through the website; On other platforms, coffee is not sold included. The included breakfast is served through a form where the guest fills out and chooses up to 2 items to drink and up to 2 items to eat.

The breakfast menu for those who do not include it at the time of purchase is super affordable and is served only to guests. Breakfast starts at 7:40 am and ends at 10 am;

Rules of coexistence

If you are going to listen to music, please do so at a volume that is acceptable for your environment. Remember that we have a common area that is the restaurant and beach deck for this purpose. Please note that after 10 pm, no noise is permitted in the areas of the hotel. Please do not insist. "Your rights end where someone else's begin."

Loss of objects or damage

In the event of loss of objects such as keys, remote controls or damage. A fee will be charged depending on the replacement value. Whether it is a lock or an electronic device.

Bed linen and towels

All our linen is carefully and lovingly arranged for your arrival. Please take the same care that we give to you. It is not permitted to take towels to the beach. In the event of stains or damage to towels or bed linen, a cleaning fee will be charged or, as a last resort, a new towel or bed linen will be charged.

Lost and found

We have a lost and found department. Just send an email to aldeiacotijuba@gmail.com for more information. We keep items for up to 90 days; after this period the item is donated or discarded.

Restaurant Hours / Can I bring food/drinks or a cooler?

The inn's restaurant is open from Thursday to Tuesday from 7:30 am to 10 pm. On Wednesdays, the restaurant is closed; It is not permitted to bring food into the accommodation; We do not have space to store our guests' food or drinks, so please do not insist. It is forbidden to consume drinks other than those from the restaurant in the common areas of the inn. Styrofoam coolers are not permitted on the restaurant decks. We only offer a corkage service for wines and spirits.

Breakfast is sold only to guests via menu or can be included at a discounted rate when purchasing your stay.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, we accept pets.

However, it is necessary to present a certificate of the V10 and Leish-tec vaccinations for leishmaniasis;


It is imperative that your pet is vaccinated with Leish-tec;


Pets should never be left alone in the accommodations. Only medium-sized pets are accepted. Pets may be kept off-leash in the common areas of the hotel if they are sociable and friendly. Since there are other pets in the area, your pet needs to be socialized and accustomed to other pets. A $50 fee is charged for cleaning the room after the stay; it is expressly forbidden for pets to climb, stay or sleep on the beds, and a fine equal to the daily rate will be applied to the accommodation if the bed linen or mattress smells of animals.

    All accommodations at AldeiA have a private bathroom. The Bungalows only have a shower underneath the building.

  • Can I bring my pet?

    Yes, we accept pets.

  • Can I bring food into the accommodation?

    You can drink inside the accommodations. But you cannot eat. We are in the middle of the forest and any food left behind can attract various animals.

  • Can I bring my own cooler?

    You can bring your own drinks; Before sitting down at the restaurant you need to go to reception to have the cork counted.

  • Can you chill some wine for me?

    Yes, we can. We still provide the glasses; but the corkage costs $25 per bottle;

  • Can you save food for me?

    Unfortunately we do not have space in our freezers. The rooms do not have a minibar.

    Boats leave every hour from 7am; at 9am every day, there is a city hall boat with 2 floors, different from the "po po po" that leaves every hour. At 5pm it returns from the island for those who want to make a round trip.
