The Pousada AldeiA Cotijuba is located on the island of Cotijuba on the edge of the beach and facing the island of Marajó in the western part of the island. Being a little further away from the coast and within Marajó Bay, it has paradisiacal beaches providing a wonderful river bath.
The inn is on Praia Funda, a very quiet beach and great for swimming. The accommodations are meters from the beach and offer several amenities, such as a bar, restaurant, garden and almost private beach area. The boats leave from the Icoaraci pier and take 45 minutes to reach the island, when you get there you use the most common and only means of transport allowed on the island, which are the famous motorretes, which are motorcycles with cabins prepared to take up to 6 people.
The guest house is pet-friendly and offers free WiFi. All rooms include a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and some also have a balcony. At AldeiA Cotijuba, rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels.
